Parthos attaches great value to the protection of your personal data. In this explanation we wish to provide clear and transparent information regarding the manner in which we deal with your personal data.

We do everything possible to safeguard your privacy and for this reason we deal with personal data with due care. Parthos complies in all cases with the applicable legislation and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we will in any event:

  • Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it is provided, these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
  • Limit the processing of your personal data to only the data that is minimally necessary for the purposes for which this data is processed;

Processing of personal data of clients and suppliers

Parthos processes personal data of clients and suppliers for the following purpose(s):

  • Administrative purposes;
  • Communication regarding the assignment and/or invitations;
  • The execution of or the providing of an assignment.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • The agreed assignment.

Parthos can request the following personal data from you for the above purpose(s):

  • First name;
  • Prefix;
  • Surname;
  • (Business) Telephone Number;
  • (Business) Email address;

Parthos will save your personal data for the purpose of the aforesaid processing for the period:

  • During the term of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

The processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers

Parthos processes personal data of newsletter subscribers for the following purpose(s):

  • To inform the person by means of news messages.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • The registration or confirmation form of the newsletter.

Parthos can request the following personal data from you for the above purpose(s):

  • First name;
  • Prefix;
  • Surname;
  • Email address.

Parthos will save your personal data for the purpose of the aforesaid processing for the period:

  • During the period that you are registered.

The processing of personal data of prospects, stakeholders, lobby contacts and interested parties

Parthos processes the personal data of prospects, stakeholders, lobby contacts and interested parties for the following purpose(s):

  • The provision of information in the form of newsletters and/or focused contact.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • Verbal permission, issuing a business card and/or via linking on LinkedIn.

Parthos can request the following personal data from you for the above purpose(s):

  • First name;
  • Prefix;
  • Surname;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address.

Parthos will save your personal data for the purpose of the aforesaid processing for the period:

  • During the period when you can be regarded as a prospect, stakeholder, lobby contact or interested party.

Processing of personal data of employees

Parthos processes personal data of employees for the following purpose(s):

  • The performance of the employment contract.

The basis for this personal data is:

  • The employment contract.

Parthos can request the following personal data from you for the above purpose(s):

  • First name;
  • Prefix;
  • Surname;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Salary details;
  • Copy of ID;
  • CSN number;
  • Bank details.

Parthos will save your personal data for the purpose of the aforesaid processing for the period:

  • During the period when there is a contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

Provision to third parties

We can provide the data that you have given to us to a third party if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

For instance we use a third party for:

  • Taking care of the (financial) administrative records;
  • Taking care of the absence management;
  • Arranging the website;
  • The internal control and company security;
  • Arranging newsletters and invitations.

We never pass on personal data to another party that we have not concluded a processing agreement with. We make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) for safeguarding the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data provided by you to other parties, unless this is required by law and permitted. We can also share personal data with third parties if you provide us with permission in writing for this.

Within the EU

We do not provide personal data to parties that are established outside the EU.

Minors

We solely process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years) if permission in writing is provided for this by the parent, carer, or legal representative.

Retention period

Parthos does not save personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the data is provided, or as the case may be than required on the basis of the law.

Security

We have taken suitable technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures:

  • All persons who, on behalf of Parthos, can take note of your data will be obliged to maintain the confidentiality thereof.
  • We use a user name and password policy in all our systems;
  • We use pseudonyms or anonymise and ensure encryption of personal data if there is cause for this;
  • We make back-ups of the personal data to be able to recover this in the event of physical or technical incidents;
  • We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
  • Our employees are informed of the importance of personal data protection.

Rights with regard to your data

You have the right of inspection, correction, or removal of the personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data provided by you to yourself or directly to another party on your instructions. We can ask you to provide proof of identity before we can comply with the aforesaid requests.

If we are permitted to process your personal data on the basis of personal data provided by you for this purpose, you will have the right at any time to withdraw this permission.

Complaints

If you might have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, we request that you make direct contact with us concerning this. If we cannot resolve this together with you, we will of course find that very uncomfortable. You always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
